Donation Request Form

We’ve got a big heart and we support a variety of causes that are important and personal to our community, our staff, and our customers. We are proud to support many community organizations, however it is not possible to honor every single request we receive. While we may not be able to support every request, we promise that every one is reviewed and discussed by our team.

In general, the most important part of reviewing each request is how our donation will help your organization make a positive impact in our local community. We have a marketing budget that we use to build awareness of our brand so we are not too focused on the exposure, reach, or marketing benefit that your organization will provide. We want to know how YOU are helping OUR local community, and how our donation supports that.

General Criteria:

CHANGE FOR 2024: Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your event. We receive a very high-volume of donation requests and it is not possible for our team to review requests daily or even weekly. We meet once per month to review all requests, and submitting at least 60 days prior to your event ensures enough time for your request to be reviewed and evaluated.
We only consider requests made via this form. Requests via phone call, direct email, or letter delivered to the taproom will not be considered.
We typically donate to registered non-profit organizations so including your organization’s tax ID information on the form is highly encouraged.
As a small local brewery with deep ties to our local community, we typically donate to organizations within our immediate area (Lower Bucks County).
If we are able to accommodate your request:
- We will notify you via email and donations must be picked up in our taproom (2475 Big Oak Road, Suite C, Langhorne, PA) during our normal business hours within 14 days after of notification.
- You will be asked to show ID at the time of pickup and you must be able to provide a written donation receipt on organization letterhead that contains your tax ID number, organization address, and donation information. If you do not have ID or the receipt, our staff will be unable to give you the donation at that time.
- When you come in to pick up the donation, we’d love for you to bring some friends and hang out for a bit. Word of mouth is important to us, and we appreciate your support!
